Use Cases
Event Ticket Discoverability for AI Agents
Winning over ticket buyers who plan and book through AI agents
The shift
More fans now plan their weekends by asking a personal AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Muse: "What should I do in Philadelphia this weekend?"
The AI agent picks from everything that's on: a football match, an NBA game, a fall festival, a pickleball tournament. It tends to recommend the options it can most easily read, compare, and book. The events with the most agent-friendly website, API and checkout get recommended more often, and those recommendations turn into ticket sales.
The problem
Once an agent visits your site or completes a purchase, you lose sight of who is behind it:
- Missing attribution. You can't tell which fan sent the agent, so the sale can't be tied to a person in your CRM or used for retargeting.
- No channel data. You don't know which AI platforms or models are sending you traffic, so it's hard to decide where to spend on new in-chat ad channels like ChatGPT ads.
- Bots and swarms. One person can send many agents to buy up tickets, which hurts fair access and pricing.
What Valiron does
Valiron identifies the agents that visit your website and API, and the humans behind them:
- Agent identity: which model or platform the agent runs on (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Kimi).
- Human attribution: links each agent back to a verified person, so agent traffic becomes usable CRM data.
- Human-to-agent ratio: spots when one person is running several agents, and lets you set limits such as one human per ticket allocation. We work with World, Sam Altman's human-verification company, as an enterprise partner.
- Makes your website agent-ready: maps how agents move through your site and ticketing flow, and helps you streamline it so agents can easily find, compare and book tickets to your events. That means more recommendations from AI assistants and more tickets sold.
What the Ticket Issuer gets
- Smarter ad spend. If most agents visiting your site come from one model family, you know which AI ad channel to put money into first. This matters because you can decide where to spend your ad dollars (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, etc).
- Better intent data. A fan whose agent is checking match tickets right now is a strong buyer signal. Valiron sends that signal to your CRM while it's fresh, so you can follow up quickly.
- More agent recommendations. Seeing how agents move through your ticketing flow shows you where to make it easier for them, so your event gets suggested ahead of other weekend options.
- Fair ticketing. Optionality for limits based on verified humans help stop agent swarms from buying up inventory and gives every fan a fair chance at the big games.
